We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 on all side by side parts and accessories to customers located anywhere within the contiguous United States.

For all other orders within the US:

  • $11.95 for orders under $49.99   
  • $14.95 for orders $49.99-$98.99 

We generally ship all orders within 24 hours or 1 business day, and deliver all orders between 1-4 business days, usually between 2-3 business days. We have warehouses located all over the country in order to quickly process and ship your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery, please feel free to send us a message.

45 Day Zero-Hassle Return Policy

Here at Side By Side Garage, we will help you find the RIGHT part for your side by side the FIRST time or we will pay for return shipping, EVERY time.

So, what does that mean? That means that if we recommend a part for your side by side and it is not the correct part, you will NEVER EVER be asked to pay for any shipping/return costs. Also, while we do our absolute best to package up items extremely well and test them prior to shipping, if you should happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will always pay to ship you a replacement free of charge AND pay to ship the damaged/defective product back to us. Please note: For damaged or defective items, you will need to provide photos and go through our troubleshooting. This helps to ensure that the replacement/return process is seamless and goes as quickly as possible. 

For all LTL freight shipments (including doors, roof tops, and other oversized items), please be sure to inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt provided by the freight company. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery to avoid claim denial. Any damage claim that is submitted after the delivery receipt has already been signed will be denied.  

So, what about regular returns? Though we do offer free shipping on purchases, because many of our products are very heavy and expensive to ship to our customers, we do ask that you pay the return shipping costs should you want to return a non-damaged/non-defective product for refund. For a list of regular returns that are not eligible for prepaid return shipping, please see below: 

  • Un-damaged/non-defective items 
  • Items in new condition that are no longer needed/wanted (*items not in new condition may be denied refund*)
  • Items that we did not recommend or suggest for you / Orders that we did not place for you (i.e. If you placed an order on our website and one of our representatives and/or sales-people did not recommend, suggest or place the order for you over the phone and the item is wrong, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are not 100% sure that a part will work with your side by side, please give one of our representatives a call at 800-901-6136 prior to ordering and we will be happy to help you confirm)

Also, returning a product is super easy -- just head on over to our Contact Us page or send us an email to support@sidebysidegarage.com within 45 days from the date of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization number and return shipping information. Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned in new condition, they must contain all of the original parts and accessories and they must be returned in the original packaging. We also require photos to of the product that you wish to return in order to start the return process. Once we receive your return, we promise to promptly credit your account.

We take your privacy very seriously.  We will never distribute, sell or share any of your personal information with any third parties, except with those necessary to process and fulfill your order.  Your payment and personal information is 100% secure with us.  Our site uses 256-bit encryption technology that is about impossible to crack, so we’ve got you covered.  But if you do have any questions about our privacy or security policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
